1. Unconditional consent to the conclusion of the contract in the Standard edition of PJSC "CHMK" (see Attachment). The application of the letter of consent to the conclusion of the contract in the Standard edition of PJSC "CHMK" is obligatory.
2. Products must meet the requirements specified in the technical specification (see Attachment).
3. Mandatory attachment to the system of documents specified in the procurement documentation. The period of validity of the tap is not less than 90 days.
