Comments:
Your technical and commercial proposal should be drawn up on your letterhead indicating the TIN and contain the following information:
- prices for services in rubles for 1 unit excluding VAT and VAT,
- necessary supporting documents (licenses, lists of special equipment, personnel certificate)
- terms of payment (preferably deferred payment of at least 120 cal. days from the date of signing of acts of completion);
This invitation is not a public offer.
The selection of logistics service providers is carried out in 2 rounds. The proposals of the participants in the first round are accepted until 11/08/2019.
The final proposals of the participants in the second round are accepted until November 18, 2019. as part of a 2 round selection.
Engineering Construction Service Limited Liability Company reserves the right to reject an application for participation in the selection if:
- the supplier did not submit an application within the above period;
- the application does not comply with this form;
- revealed the facts of providing the Participant of selection of false information;
- the selection participant is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been instituted against him.
- refusal to provide documents (in whole or in part) for the passage of the Accreditation procedure;
- a selection participant who previously participated in the selection, but did not provide, a / transport for the actual transportation of goods.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
