| Payment terms: | 100% of the price of the (accepted) Goods is paid no earlier than 15 (fifteen) calendar days and no later than 20 calendar days after acceptance of the goods in terms of quantity and quality (signing by both parties of a consignment note in the form of TORG-12 / UPD) and providing the Buyer with an invoice and documents, provided for in clause 3.1.1. general conditions of the draft agreement. |
