Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Цена включает доставку до склада грузополучателя. Предпочтительные условия оплаты: в течение 60-ти дней с даты поставки
Delivery terms:
Поставка согласно разнарядок цементного предприятия. Период поставки до 31 марта 2022 года.
Comments: Приоритет имеют производители, официальные дилеры, дистрибьюторы заводов изготовителей.
Обязательно прикладывать полномочия, выданные заводами изготовителями.
Договор по форме покупателя.
Коммерческие предложения подгружать в документацию в редактируемом формате и подписанное по форме Приложения №4.
Обязательно предоставить документы по описи - Приложение №3.
Объем поставляемой продукции округлять до тарной нормы.
