Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered. Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the Products by the Buyer. Proposals implying payment deferral of over 30 days shall be considered based on the maximum possible term (30 days).
Delivery terms:1. Delivery of products in accordance with the attached specifications. 1.1. certificates/passport quality/Declaration of conformity for the product (provided with the delivery of each instalment). 2. Delivery by a supplier to the buyer's warehouse. 2.1. Term of delivery, no later than 15th day of the month specified in the time of delivery. 2.2. Delivery of products is carried out by the parties upon written request from the buyer. 3. Allowable tolerance (number of actual fulfilment of products other than scheduled) +/-10%. 4. Fixing of prices for the period until the conclusion of the contract. 5. The number of delivered products may be adjusted by the buyer depending on production needs.
