Comments:
The list of oils and lubricants is included in the set of documents. The Technical and Commercial Proposal must be submitted on letterhead with the signature and seal of the supervisor. The Technical and Commercial Proposals must specify the terms of payment with a delay of 60 c.d. from the date of delivery, as well as that the cost of delivery is included in the price of the goods. The form of the model contract is attached to the documentation package. By submitting your offer, you agree to the terms of the contract and undertake to sign it in this form in case of victory. Changes in the form of the contract are allowed only by the Customer when making changes to the standard form of the contract within the Organization. For further conclusion of the contract, registration and placement of a complete set of documents on the SMBC portal is required (Link in the document about the required documents). Registration and placement of documents are required. The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
