Payment terms:
Terms of payment deferred payment 60 days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse. Price without VAT with delivery to the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse within 5 days from the date of signing the specification.
Requirements for containers - new (euro) barrels, a seal is required. A certificate of quality for products is required.
Comments: The agreement as amended by OAO GMZ. IMMEDIATELY IMMEDIATELY AFTER FINISHING THE REQUEST WITH THE ELECTRONIC PROVISION OF THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS. THE PROPOSED OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 1 MONTH.
For counterparties who have previously registered in the System, but have not received an EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to download offers by the request organizer on behalf of the counterparty. For this, three documents are required:

- A document establishing the right to take action on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter rejecting further claims on the occasion that the proposal is not submitted at the auction by the Bidder itself (in free form on the company letterhead signed by an authorized person). Validity of the offer 1 month.
