The contract is edited by OJSC GMZ. IS REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE REQUEST IS COMPLETED, AND THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY. THE OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 1 MONTH.
Contractors who have pre-registered with the System but have not received EDS and have not paid for membership in the System may be able to upload bids by the request organizer to price on behalf of counterparty. It is mandatory to have three documents:
- Offers (offer) certified by the authorized person's signature and the organization's seal;
- A document establishing the right to act on behalf of the counterparty (e.g. power of attorney);
- Letter withholding further claims on the occasion that the offer is not tendered by the Participant (in free form on the company letterhead signed by the authorized person). Offer expires 1 month.
Venue: This procedure is performed electronically at the B2B-Center ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participant proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
