Payment terms:Non-cash payment in the order of 100% upon delivery of each batch with a deferred payment of at least 20 (Twenty) banking days, a longer deferred payment period is welcomed, payment days are Tuesday / Thursday. In case of requesting a prepayment, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee for one of the TOP-10 rating banks with an attachment letter on the official letterhead of the bank about readiness to provide guarantees

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer in the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer a corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without giving reasons without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the delivery of goods at their discretion and without giving reasons among several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. A standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner (s), determined (s) during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the B2B electronic platform.
4. The template contract template The organizer sends to interested potential suppliers upon an additional request.
5. A participant in this procedure sends a commercial offer on the official form of the participant in the procedure.
6. Organization / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without giving reasons and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant that does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
7.Algorithm of actions in case of reasonable doubts about the fairness of the tender:
