Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer in the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code.
