Payment terms:
Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse. The Competitive bidding process organizer is ready to consider alternative payment terms, including with partial financing, subject to the application of interim measures comparable to the amount of the advance paid.
Delivery terms:
-The Goods are delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse, Labytnangi.
-The price of the goods includes all costs of packaging and delivery to the customer's address.
-The delivery date is the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS -12) in the warehouse.
- The Supplier has the right to ship the Goods in separate parts in agreement with the Buyer.
-Delivery time of the goods: by agreement of the parties.
-Delivery dates can be changed by agreement of the parties.
Requirements:
-The products must be NEW, not used before, the release date of the offered products is from 2022.
-Provision of a certificate for the goods (GOST, FEZ)
-Availability of positive experience of similar deliveries in terms of nomenclature and volume.
-Warranty obligations and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

Requirements for Bidders of the request for proposals:

- Lack of information about the Call for Bidding Bidder in the register of unfair suppliers, provided for in Article 5 of Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 "On Call for Bidding of Goods, Works, and Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities."
- The lack of information about the Bidders Called for Bidding in the register of unscrupulous suppliers, provided for in Article 19 of Federal Law No. 94-FZ of July 21, 2005 "On Placing Orders for the supply of Goods, Performance of Works, provision of Services for State and Municipal Needs."
- Must have all the necessary types of resources and competence to fulfill the contract.
- Have all the permits available to fulfill the terms of the contract.
- The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
-This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure for requesting commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
