Comments: the tender for a period of up to, 31.12.2017. Finished products are produced on the premises of the seller. The product consists of two-component plastic caps, bottles, labels, with a design supplied by the buyer, the oil refined deodorized of grade 1 vymorozhennogo volume specified on the label, produced in accordance with GOST 1129-2013. The price includes the services of cartons, packaging, tare, label services on winding stretch pallet wrap, pallets, handling services in the vehicle buyer. This procedure the request for proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 part two of the CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities.
