Comments:
Request for the supply of industrial new oil, not used and not restored, manufactured according to the requirements of GOST or TU:
1) It is mandatory to have a certificate (passport) of quality for the product, as well as a safety data sheet. Be sure to attach a copy of the quality passport for the product to the offer;
2) The term of shipment of the goods is required on the dates agreed with the customer, until August 01, 2023. The time for processing/ unloading of the tanker and the goods is at least 12 hours;
3) Consent to the supply of a trial batch of oil is required when submitting an offer for the supply of GOST oil/One or an alternative product in the volume of at least 1 barrel 205/215L before the conclusion of the delivery contract at the request of the Buyer;
4) In the offer, specify the type of product - new industrial GOST oil, or an analog according to technical specifications, etc.;
5) The validity period of the offer is at least 25 calendar days;
6) This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition;
7) Place all questions on TP in the "explanations" tab;
8) The decision on delivery and conclusion of the contract will be made on the basis of the proposals/ conditions sent and the cost of the Goods.
