Payment terms:
Preferred payment terms - 100% deferred payment upon delivery of products. The preferred deferral period is 60 days from the date of delivery.
The price is indicated without VAT, taking into account the cost of transport and other expenses associated with the delivery of cargo to the destination station.
Payment of products is carried out in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Vendor's settlement account. The currency of payment is the Russian ruble.
The Buyer makes payments to the payment of products based on the results of acceptance, provided that the Supplier provides the original documents confirming the quality of the products, goods invoices and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance and issued in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Products must be accompanied by all mandatory documents confirming its quality and origin.

Comments: I. Signing of the contract within 5 days in the editorial office of PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK" (see procurement documentation).
II. The products purchased by the enterprise must strictly comply with the requirements of:
1. The products are new.
2. The products must be: certificate of quality, certificate of origin, declaration of conformity.
III. Provision of statutory documents (see the list in the procurement documentation) is mandatory at the time of submission of the offer.
IV. This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all received offers without imposition of liability.

A mandatory requirement for all participants is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The package of documents must be attached to the ETP at the application stage (see para. 5.2 "Documentation" - 2671740 The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a delivery contract with PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK", as amended by PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK" (see procurement documentation). In the presence of contradictions, the participant, until the end of the procurement procedure attaches to the ETP or sends to the organizer of the procedure a protocol of disagreements to the draft agreement with PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK".
