Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered products is made after receiving the products and the accompanying documents provided for in the contract (certificates, passports, instructions, etc.) for the products in the Buyer's warehouse within 60 days from the receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
The products are delivered by the supplier's motor transport.
Shipping costs are included in the product price.
The cost of packaging is included in the product price.
The maximum volume of packing is 216.5 l euro barrel. Delivery is allowed only in new, branded containers of the manufacturer.
The delivery time of individual batches of products is within 15 calendar days from the date of submission by the Buyer of a written application, which is an integral part of the contract.
Comments: At the stage of application submission, the Participant must place on the ETP a copy of quality certificates, copies of quality certificates and/or other documents confirming compliance of the offered products with regulatory and technical documentation, technical documentation (application manual / technical description), made in Russian.
The guaranteed shelf life of the supplied products is at least 1 year from the date of delivery.
When submitting an Application, the Participant is obliged to agree with the terms and wording of the draft agreement. In case of refusal to conclude a contract on the terms specified in this documentation, the Organizer has the right to cancel the results of the procurement procedure for concluding a contract in the form of PJSC CHMK, within 10 working days.
Please note that this request is not a type of tender/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; an application for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Participant in the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.
The analogues of the goods requested for delivery are considered.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
