Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The commercial offer must be valid for at least 45 calendar days after the completion of the procedure on the electronic trading platform. Entrance control. When making a KP, register all the requirements in full, in accordance with the request.
