Comments:
The commercial offer must necessarily contain: GOST (TU) for the supplied products, data on the manufacturer of the products and the station (city) of shipment, method of delivery;
- Basic requirements for the material: Mass fraction of carbon not less than 85%, mass fraction of moisture no more than 3%, mass fraction of sulfur no more than 0.6%, ash content no more than 15%, volatiles no more than 3%, fraction less than 3mm no more than 10% , more than 15mm no more than 5%.
- Special requirements for packaging, transportation - FIBC packaging, packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage during transportation. In case of receipt of material in packaging that does not correspond to the declared requirement and the MCR with broken integrity, the supplier will be re-charged the costs of repacking in the total amount of 2000.00 rubles including VAT;
- Shipment period: second decade of December 2021-March 2022
