Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the cost of the goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the entire consignment of goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: 30 calendar days from the date of signing the specification. The supplier makes the delivery of the goods at their own expense and in-house to the warehouse of the Buyer. The delivery is taken from the factories of manufacturers, representatives of the manufacturer, official dealers and distributors. The presence of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods upon admission to the warehouse is mandatory. The delivered goods must be new and not restored. When shipping the goods, the obligatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. The supplier accepts the terms of the UK Model Agreement.
Comments: The condition for participation in the request for proposals and conclusion of the supply contract is the existence of a manufacturer status, or the acting dealer authority with the manufacturer factories. The status of the supplier must be immediately confirmed after the end of the procedure with the provision of the necessary electronic documents.
1. Conclusion of the contract only in the standard version of PJSC "Southern Kuzbass" "without a protocol of disagreements (SEE INVESTMENT).
2. Mandatory attachment of the certificate of compliance, application authorization, dealer certificate, commercial offer to the system, indicating the delivery time and terms of payment, reference list!

4. The quantity of the goods can be changed, in case of changes in orders.

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
6. After carrying out the rebidding procedure - proposals for an additional change in the price proposal are not accepted for consideration.
