Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the value of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the whole lot of goods from the carrier in the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
delivery time is 30 calendar days from the date of signing the specification. The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and in his own power to the buyer's warehouse. The goods delivered must be new and not repaired. When the goods are shipped, the buyer must notify the customer with the provision of copies: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. The supplier accepts the terms of the model agreement.
Comments: the condition for participation in the request for proposals and the conclusion of the supply agreement is the status of the manufacturer or the existing dealer powers with the manufacturers. The status of the supplier must be immediately confirmed after the end of the procedure with the provision of the necessary electronic documents.
1. Conclusion of the contract only in the Standard edition of PJSC "South Kuzbass" without the Protocol of disagreement (see attachment).
2. Obligatory attachment to the system of the certificate of Conformity, permission to use, the certificate of the dealer, the commercial offer, with the indication of the delivery time and payment terms, reference-list!
3. Year of product release not earlier than 2018!
4. The quantity of the goods can be changed in case of requisitions change.
5. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
6. After the regulation procedure, proposals for further modification of the price proposal are not accepted.
