In this regard, we ask you to fill out a small questionnaire and provide the appropriate supporting documents.

When choosing a winner, the passage of this questionnaire will be taken into account and preference will be given to suppliers who have passed this procedure.
Also, when summing up the results of the competition, a qualitative indicator of accuracy and timeliness of deliveries by the supplier (OTIF) will be adopted, not less than 85%.
2. Requirements for the provision of documents - certificate of conformity, quality passport;
3. Consideration of analogues - Analogues with characteristics no worse than those declared are considered. In the case of an offer of an analogue, the name of the product is indicated in accordance with the specification, GOST, TU; When offering analogues, attach a technical description;
4. The validity period of the TAP is at least 30 days;
5. Acceptance of products to the warehouse – Acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the entrance control at the buyer's warehouse;
