Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Customer shall pay for the delivered goods within 30 (thirty) banking days after delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the Buyer.
Either payment for goods can be made by the buyer by transferring bills to the Supplier. The transfer of bills is carried out under the act of acceptance-transfer. From the moment of transfer of the bill the Buyer is considered to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for goods.
Delivery terms:
Delivery at the Supplier's expense to the Buyer's warehouse. Shipment in one lot. The analogue is not considered.

If the tax reporting is missing or does not allow to verify with sufficient confidence the Supplier's good faith, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier's independent fulfillment of the delivery obligations, including but not limited to: an extract from the staff list with the attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease rights: office, storage, production facilities, equipment / tools / machinery, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
