Payment terms:
The price of the goods is given without VAT-18%, but includes all costs for packaging, labeling, handling and delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk, warehouse.
The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% of the value of the goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods from the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping costs are included in the price of the Goods. The delivery date is the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk. Delivery time of goods: 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement by the Buyer.
The delivered item must be new, not refurbished.
Comments: A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals and the conclusion of a supply agreement is the presence of the status of a manufacturer, or valid dealer authority with manufacturing plants. Confirmation of the supplier's status is required immediately after the end of the request with the provision of the relevant documents in electronic form.

4. The quantity can be changed in case of changes in applications.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
