Payment terms:
Products price shall exclude VAT (18%), but include the cost of packaging, labelling, cargo handling operations and delivery to the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk, Skladskoye hozyaistvo. The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the products cost within 60 (sixty) calendar days from products receipt from the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
The Products shall be delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer’s warehouse. Delivery cost shall be included in the price of the goods. Delivery date is the date of Products transfer to the Buyer at the time of signing TORG-12 consignment note at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk. Delivery time: 30 calendar days from signing the contract by the buyer. The supplied products shall be new, not remanufactured.

Comments: In order to be admitted to the Request for Proposals and conclusion of the supply contract, a participant should be either the manufacturer or an effective dealer of the manufacturer, and the supplier’s status shall be confirmed immediately after the end of RFP with the supporting documents provided electronically. 1. The contract is to be concluded in a standard form of PAO Juzhniy Kuzbass standard contract without a protocol of disagreements (see the attachment). 2. Be sure to upload the conformity certificate, permission for application, dealer’s certificate, commercial proposal specifying delivery time and payment terms, a reference list. 3. Warranty period - 24 months from comissioning. 4. The quantity to be supplied may be changed based on requests adjustments. 5. Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section I, and Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
