Comments:
1. Certificate of conformity, quality certificate, safety data sheet, dealer certificates - required;
2. The goods must be packed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the delivered Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and in the necessary manner for the appropriate mode of transport. This package should ensure the safety of the Goods, their protection during normal handling, transportation, several overloads and storage;
3. Requirements for the form of the contract - in the form of the buyer.
4. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
