Payment terms:Payment for goods is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of 30 business days from the time the product is delivered and the original documents are provided. Delivery time is not more than 20 calendar days from the time the specification is signed.
Delivery terms:DDP g. Shchekino All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price. Shipment by supplier to buyer's warehouse. With delivery must have quality documents, TR CU certificates, customs union declaration

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list at the time the envelopes are opened at the same time as the offer is submitted and file as a scanned copy of its business offer (with delivery dates) signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the party organization. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.
3. The product supplier must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (the supporting documents the member provides at the same time as by commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice about the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
