Auto-extension

Payment terms:Non-cash payment from the Treasury account, submit a commercial offer in rubles with VAT included in the price of the Goods and Delivery to the construction site located at the address: Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Yakutsk, Pokrovsky tract 7 km (Military unit quarter).
Advance payment of no more than 25 (Twenty-five) % of the cost of each Specification is carried out within 5 (Five) banking days from the date of signing the Agreement, payment in the amount of 75 (seventy-five) % of the Contract value within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of delivery of the Goods in full to the warehouse/facility of the Consignee for each Specification

Unloading of goods at the construction site is carried out by the Buyer. The Buyer notifies the Seller of the required delivery date, no later than 3 (three) business days before the delivery date by e-mail or by phone. Contact details are confirmed in the text of the Agreement.
