If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Prepayment 30%, 70% payment upon delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. When submitting the application, the full cost of the product is indicated, taking into account all possible costs, as well as separately indicated the cost of the product and the cost of delivery
Delivery terms:At the Buyer's warehouse until November 01, 2019. Products must be new, not used. The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, patent, passport, document confirming quality.
