The Organizer has announced the results on 10.06.2019 at 18:19
and selected the winner: "FABLAIT ELEKTRONIKS" OOO – (Bidder 1) (Клименко А.С.) submitting a bid dated of 06.06.2019 11:34 totalling to 480 000,00 RUB (price incl. VAT)
Обоснование: Предлагается признать запрос предложений несостоявшимся по следующей причине: В соответствии с п.12.11.4 (б) Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг ООО "ФлексЛаб" по результатам отбора Единая комиссия вправе принять решение о признании закупки несостоявшейся и о рассмотрении возможности заключения договора с единственным участником.
На основании п.8.2.4 (б) закупка у единственного поставщика может быть выбрана при условии, что указанная заявка и подавший ее участник признаны соответствующими требованиям закупочной документации (п.15.3 Положения). Заявка, поданная ООО "ФАБЛАЙТ ЭЛЕКТРОНИКС" признана соответствующей конкурсной документации. Коммерческое предложение участника полностью удовлетворяет требованиям Заказчика (цена, включение в стоимость договора доставки материалов, срок поставки). На основании вышеизложенного, а также с целью своевременного исполнения условий заключенных контрактов и отсутствием время для проведения новых процедур (п.15.3 Положения) - считается целесообразным заключение договора на поставку материалов компании Оссила с единственным участником.
