Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Calculation for services shall be made within 30 days after the lendarnyh of Ka-acceptance of executed services (based on signed Acts of acceptance of the executed works and invoice), subject to the receipt of payment from the customer. The contractor manufactures deduction for general contracting services in the amount of 5% of the contract value.
