Payment terms:
The goods are paid by the Buyer on the calendar day 60 (sixtieth) after the end of the reporting period in which the delivery is made. The reporting period refers to the calendar month.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the basis of DDP delivery - Kogalym, LUKOIL-AIK BPO Base 174 km of Surgut Novy Urengoy route or LUKOIL-AIK BPO, LLC, Langepas (listed in each position)

7. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements
- Offer price
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time;
- Consent by the party to the drafting of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a protocol of disagreement (official confirmation must be uploaded to ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the time of the procedure to the time the item is transferred to the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be loaded to ETP).
This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Promoter has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time since the date of announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
