This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.

The winner of the lot is obliged within 3 calendar days to get acquainted and send to the address of the originator of the signed contract of JSC "TZRK", which is attached to the mail order documentation.

Participant shall attach a commercial proposal, executed on the company's letterhead paper and signed by the responsible person, and quality passport and conformity certificate. Contract of official dealer. The quotation submitted via e-marketplace functionality, shall conform with the price stated in the commercial proposal.

3. Необходимо направить два КП - одно подписанное уполномоченным представителем, второе в формате Excel.
4. Участники запроса, которые не подкрепят документацию согласно перечня прикрепленному к документации, Ваши предложения не будут рассматриваться
5.Срок действия КП не менее одного месяца.
