IT IS OBLIGATORY TO ATTACH THE TKP IN EXCEL FORMAT, ALSO A KP (INVOICE) WITH THE SEAL OF THE ORGANIZATION; IN THE ABSENCE OF THE ATTACHED TKP AND KP, THE SUBMITTED APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
(Cable products must comply with TRTS (GOST) - the necessary information when submitting an application: the cable manufacturer and the certificate of conformity.
AN ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE WILL BE THE ATTACHED DEALER CERTIFICATE FOR THE OFFERED PRODUCTS

A certificate of conformity, a quality passport is required. Requirements for the contract form are according to the buyer's form. This request for proposals does not constitute a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the agreement with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
