Competitive bidding processes for the right to conclude a supply contract according to Procured items are conducted to determine a Supplier with a minimum fixed price for materials and its compliance with the description of the goods. The winner is determined based on the cost, delivery conditions and evaluation criteria. With the Supplier who submitted the best offer for the entire lot, subject to all delivery conditions, a specification will be signed fixing the cost per unit of production.
Unloading will be carried out by a crane-beam on the territory of the buyer's warehouse.
1. The materials offered for delivery must correspond to the description of the lot, which is confirmed by a description of the main technical characteristics certified by the Supplier.
2. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
3. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, prior to the bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
The validity period of the suppliers' offer is at least 30 days.
4. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
5. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
