Payment terms:
Deferred payment within 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse or other payment terms that are additionally agreed by the parties. In the event of an advance payment, the Supplier is obliged to submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for an amount not less than the amount of the prepayment issued by banks included in the rating of the fifty largest banks in Russia or international banks with a rating of at least BB + / Baa2.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping costs are included in the price of the item. The delivery date is the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse. Other terms of delivery are agreed by the parties additionally.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНЫЕ ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:
1) Подгрузка коммерческого предложения (оферты) за подписью уполномоченного лица и печатью организации (просьба подавать предложение по форме Офертат + Приложение №1 в закупочной документации).
2) Наличие сертификатов, подтверждающих качество и происхождение товара.
3) Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным.
4) Заключение договора только в типовой редакции ПАО "Южный Кузбасс" (Приложение №1). При наличии противоречий, участник, до окончания закупочной процедуры прикрепляет на ЭТП или направляет организатору процедуры протокол разногласий к проекту договора.
5) Заключение соглашения ЭДО (обмен первичными учетными документами) только в типовой редакции ПАО "Южный Кузбасс" (Приложение №5). При несогласие заключения соглашения ЭДО участник, прикрепляет отказ в письменном виде.
6) Стоимость доставки должна быть включена в стоимость товара.
