Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse. The bidder is ready to consider alternative payment terms.
Delivery terms:-Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse, Gubkin or the transport company at the expense of the buyer.
-The price of the product includes all costs of packaging and delivery to the customer's address.
-The delivery date is the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (AUCTION -12) in the warehouse.
- The Supplier has the right to ship the Goods in separate parts in agreement with the Buyer.
-Delivery time of the goods: by agreement of the parties.
-Delivery dates can be changed by agreement of the parties.
Requirements:
-The products must be NEW, not used before.
-Provision of a certificate for the goods (GOST, FEZ)
-Warranty obligations and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

Comments:
The KP must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the boot documentation.

In the KP, you must specify:
1) The cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging
2) The cost of delivery to the warehouse with VAT;
3) Attitude to products - free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. It is necessary to upload a document confirming the status of the dealer, representative.
4) Delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse.
5) The method of transportation.
6) Approximate volume and weight (for the entire volume).
7) Agreement with the contract.
8) Availability of inventory in warehouses.
9) The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the invoice;
