1. The product must be new, not used, free from the rights of third parties, comply with the standards of the Russian Federation, the specifications of the manufacturer;

3. Certificate of conformity, quality passport, safety data sheet, dealer certificates are required;
4. The goods must be packed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the delivered Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and in the necessary way for the corresponding type transport. This package must ensure the safety of the Goods, its protection during normal handling, transportation, several reloads and storage;
5. Requirements for the contract form are according to the buyer's form.
