Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:- the cost of the KP includes all possible costs of the Supplier;
- 50% prepayment, 50% postpayment with deferred payment within 30 calendar days;
- 12 months product warranty.
Delivery terms:- delivery and installation from 20.04.-01.08.2020 (the schedule will be indicated in the Agreement)

Comments:
1. In the file "Price Request" all green cells must be filled.
2. If your company has not previously worked with Alfa-Bank, attach a presentation about the company. Fill out and attach a volume certificate scan.
3. Only furniture manufacturers from Moscow and the region are invited to participate.

This stage is preliminary, to determine the list of participants and budgeting.
In the future, the criterion for evaluating and selecting the winner is the best offer, based on a comprehensive assessment of the participant’s application by the Bank.
RFP does not constitute a bidding for a contract within the meaning of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, thus, is not subject to articles 447–449 thereof. The Bank is not obliged to choose a winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all applications received.

Participants must be aware of this fact and take it into account when submitting their applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
