Payment terms:

Delivery terms:
1. Prices should be indicated on the terms of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. In the cost of products, provide for the packaging and crating of cargo in accordance with GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the Far North and equivalent areas."
2. Specify the delivery time, taking into account the delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
3. Specify the manufacturer of the products. Specify the relationship to the products. Provide photos and characteristics of the proposed equivalents. If a dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Product and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. Products must be new, not used. The products must comply with the attached technical specification/requested name;
6. Specify the warranty period for the Product. It must be calculated from the moment the shopping center is put into operation.
7. Specify the dimensions and weight of each cargo space and the total lot (weight, volume) in a specially designated column in the Commercial Proposal and B2B.
8. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo space in the form specified by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
9. When forming an bid for participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the offer. The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the Commercial Proposal".
Criteria for determining the Winner:
1.Compliance of the proposed products with the terms of reference / requested name, approval of the Customer.
2. The lowest total transaction value, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in Magadan.
3. The period of readiness / delivery of the Goods.
4. The Bidder's attitude to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provision of a complete package of documents specified in the terms of the procedure.
6. Full coverage of the nomenclature
7. Agreement with the form of the Buyer's contract

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
