This Request is not an auction (incl. in the form of a competition, auction or other form) or a public contest regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose on JSC "Salavatsteklo& #187; obligations provided for by the above articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as obligations to conclude a contract with the person who sent the most favorable offer.
The request can be cancelled at any time prior to the summing up.
In the event of changes to the terms of the Request or its cancellation, expenses incurred by any person in connection with participation in the Request, including those related to participation in negotiations, shall not be reimbursed.
Information on the final results of your participation in this Request will be sent to you via electronic communication.
The choice of the most favorable offer for JSC "Salavatsteklo" is carried out taking into account the assessment of the
- preferable payment is within 30 calendar it from the date of receipt of the goods;
- preferable is the conclusion of the Agreement on the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo" (the form of the contract can be provided to the participant of selection upon request);
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- a commercial offer was received after the deadline;
- the terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains inaccurate information;
- the person who has submitted a commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or an insolvency (bankruptcy) proceeding against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection. |
