Comments:
1. The supplied products shall be new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of Technical and Commercial Proposal;
2. Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality certificate
3. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 5. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Be sure to attach the manual indicating the manufacturer. In case equivalents are suggested, please, specify the manufacturer and the technical parameters in the commercial proposal.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
