Ranking of bids

Comments:
1. Prices must be specified excluding delivery. Please specify the cost of delivery by the supplier's transport to the buyer's warehouse separately in the line "Cost of delivery of a unit of goods". If delivery is not possible, you must specify pickup in the delivery condition line.
2. Furniture is necessary taking into account the assembly. The cost of the assembly must be specified in a separate field
3. The choice will be made at the lowest price, taking into account the cost of delivery and assembly (the choice of the delivery method "pickup" or "supplier transport" will be determined based on economic feasibility).
4. To calculate the cost of delivery on the terms of pickup, please fill out the table "Form for calculating pickup" (cells for filling are highlighted in yellow).
5. The standard form of the delivery contract is attached.
6. Bidder suppliers must submit documents in accordance with the "Request for Documents" appendix, as well as the counterparty's questionnaire. All documents must be signed by the head of the enterprise or his authorized representative. If the documents are signed by an authorized person, please provide a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign these documents.
