Comments:
1. It is necessary to fill in the Equivalent field, with x-kami, IT is NOT allowed to specify: See the Commercial Proposal

2. IN the Commercial Proposal IT IS MANDATORY to register THE FULL AND EXACT NAME OF THE PRODUCTS WITH ALL THE CHARACTERISTICS and attach the appropriate PHOTOS;

3. Be sure to fill in additional fields;

4. In the cost of the goods, it is necessary to take into account the packaging and labeling according to GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 "Products sent to the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage";

5. Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming quality, a safety data sheet, and a container certificate must be attached to the Commercial Proposal;

6. Before shipment, provide a photo of the packaged goods, each place must be marked with a packing list according to the Buyer's form;

7. Products must be new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of Commercial Proposals;

Criteria for choosing the best offer: lowest cost, quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience, agreement with the contract.
This offer request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer
