Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
30% advance payment within 10 business from contract conclusion with the selected Supplier, 70% within 10 business days from delivery of the products to the specified warehouse, cost of delivery to the specified warehouse must be included in the cost of products, delivery cost shall be indicated in a separate field.
Delivery terms:
1) Criteria for selection of the best offer: quality, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
2) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not subject to Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
3) This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer

1) Price list is attached to the request mandatory information which must be included in the manual. In the absence of information on at least one of the items on offer will not be considered and will be rejected.
2) KP must be on official letterhead with a seal and Director's signature and attach to boot documentation.
3) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- price of goods and materials (including VAT, cost of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse, cost of packing (packing must comply strictly with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the entire consignment);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
4) products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the tap;
5) to SOE shall be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document certifying the quality
6) before shipment, you must provide a photo card packaging, photo markings (marking requirements in file documentation)
7) criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with our contract form, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
8) this procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
9) this procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal
