Payment terms:	1. 100% upon receipt of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse 2. 25% advance payment, 75% upon receipt of the supplied items at the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:	Price shall include the cost of delivery to the Buyer"s warehouse. Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the products shall be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. The item should be labeled. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier.
