WE DRAW YOUR ATTENTION to the changes in the procurement procedure, now it is also necessary to fill out the KP form and its annex, which are in the procurement documentation. Filling is mandatory, otherwise the application will not be considered.
1. MUST BE ATTACHED: commercial offer, certificates and passports to the TMC.
2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of products, please provide supporting documents.
4. If you provide your offer, you also automatically agree to the form of our framework agreement.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
