Payment terms:
payment is made within 45 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery is carried out.
Delivery terms:
delivery of products is carried out by motor transport to the warehouse of the buyer (JSC "Lukoil-AIK" 174 km of Route Surgut-new Urengoy).
The equipment is accompanied by all necessary documents according to the list stipulated by the supply Agreement.
Mandatory downloadable electronic Documents:
1. Scanned copy of the commercial offer with indication of prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of constituent documents (the list is enclosed in the enclosed file);
3. Supporting documentation: Certificate of Conformity, permission to use, passport to the product (or sample Passport), operating instructions.
All documentation must be certified by the authorized representative and sealed by the company.
Submission of an offer from a participant means compliance with all the requirements of the product and documentation specified in the request, as well as unconditional agreement with the terms of the contract and specification.

The winner of the tender procedure shall be determined, subject to the agreement of signing the model agreement without the Protocol of disagreement, according to the following criteria:

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
