Comments: The submitted technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts – technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the manager with a seal impression. The technical part must contain a list of equipment and services, and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP may duplicate each other, provided that such documents are presented in the technical part of the TAP without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial offer must strictly correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes priority. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.
