5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
7. Offer for work (see the file "Offer for the delivery of goods")
8. Certificate of compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard (if available).
