Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Prepayment in the amount of 50% (fifty percent) of the cost of work performed under this Agreement within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of receipt of the application from the Customer and the issuance of the prepayment invoice by the Contractor, provided that the Contractor is notified of the opening of a separate bank account.
- The Customer pays the final payment for the work performed with a deferred payment up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the result of the work performed, subject to the provision of the primary documents (invoice or universal transfer document, invoice, certificate of completion) to the Customer, drawn up in accordance with the current legislation.
Delivery terms:
The delivery of the result of the work performed from the Contractor can be made in batches.
The work is carried out in accordance with the TOR, the size of the batch and the term of work are determined by the Customer's application
