Through a request for information, we want to identify partners for further cooperation.
We draw your attention to the mandatory conditions:
1) Mandatory availability of electronic document management;
2) Required terms of payment - deferred payment of at least 30 days;
3) Required conditions for the quality of goods - in accordance with the regulatory document specified in the request;
4) Requirements for the provision of documents - certificate of conformity / quality passport;
5) Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer, the standard contract in the attachment;
6) Consideration of analogs - Analogs with characteristics not worse than those stated are considered. In case of an analogue proposal, the name of the product is indicated with a description of the main characteristics;
7) Formation of the price of goods - The cost of packaging, packaging and transportation costs are included in the price of goods. * Proposals without taking into account the listed requirements are not accepted for consideration;
8) The TCH is valid for at least 30 days;
9) The minimum order amount. The minimum amount (excluding VAT) is indicated at which delivery is possible on the specified conditions (delivery scope field);
10) Acceptance of products to the warehouse. Acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the implementation of the incoming control at the buyer's warehouse;
11) Determination of the winner The supplier who offered the minimum price may be declared the winner based on technical specifications. audit and a positive opinion of the security service of LLC MC METALLOINVEST;
12) Possibility of setting prices for the unit of measurement specified in the request.
