Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

This Request for Proposals procedure is not a competitive bidding process, including a tender and/or auction, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The choice of Supplier will be determined taking into account the IDO (Due Diligence Index). When summarizing the results of the procurement procedure, the Organizer, at its discretion, guided by internal regulatory documents, may make decisions regardless of the offer of the lowest price.
